Know what the visit can support before it starts.
Most missed revenue is not denied. It is never billed, because nobody noticed the patient qualified. Previsit Revenue reads each scheduled patient’s record against the rules for the services your organization offers (the annual wellness visit, chronic and principal care management, transitional care, screenings and counseling) and hands the care team a short list of what is supportable, why, and what the note will have to say. Nothing is billed on its own: the provider decides, and the documentation carries the evidence.
Inside Previsit Revenue
Every capability below exists because a practice asked for it. Nothing here is a roadmap item.
Supported services, found early
Every patient on tomorrow’s schedule is checked for the services the record already supports, from the wellness visit to care management enrollment.
Rules checked first
Frequency and eligibility rules applied before anything is offered: an initial wellness visit (G0438) once per lifetime, a subsequent one (G0439) at least twelve months apart, chronic care management only with two or more qualifying conditions.
Documentation prompts
Each opportunity arrives with what the note must contain to support it (the required wellness visit components, the consent, the time) so the service is documented once, correctly.
Programs that cannot share a month
Combinations that conflict, such as principal and chronic care management in the same calendar month, are flagged before anyone works them.
Handed to the right person
Front-desk items go to the front desk, clinical items to the rooming staff, enrollment to the care team: each on the worklist they already use.
What was offered, and what happened
Opportunities shown, accepted, documented, and billed are tracked by provider and site, so you can see where supportable care is still slipping.
The short list, not another alert
Each opportunity carries the rule that makes the patient eligible and the chart line that proves it. If the record cannot support it, it does not appear.
| Patient | Opportunity | Code | Rule checked | Goes to |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| M. Torres | Subsequent annual wellness visit | G0439 | Last AWV 13 mo ago | Front desk |

From the schedule to the signed record
Schedule reviewed
Tomorrow’s patients are read against the services your organization offers.
Rules applied
Frequency, eligibility, and same-month conflicts are checked before anything is surfaced.
Team prompted
Each opportunity lands on the right worklist with what the note needs to say.
Tracked to the claim
Accepted opportunities are followed from documentation to billing.
Facts, not promises.
These are properties of how Previsit Revenue is built, not projected savings. Results in your practice depend on your payers, your panel, and your documentation.
Only the services the record supports, each with its reason
Subsequent annual wellness visits (G0439) at least twelve months apart
Every opportunity shows the eligibility rule and the chart line it rests on
